Your Facilitators
Jenn Wicks and Dana Wetherell are the creators and facilitators for Coachlike Classrooms™
Together, we will guide you through a process of building your coach-approach to teaching. We provide you with tools and competencies to work through any challenge in your college/university role.
We also work to create a respectful and welcoming space with room for connection and sharing, so you'll have many opportunities to work with educators from different organizations as you digest, plan and implement what you are learning.
Jenn Wicks
Facilitator and Coach
Jenn (she/her) is dedicated to the growth and learning of each and every person who walks through the (virtual) door. Jenn started her coaching journey nearly 10 years ago and with over 20 years in international education and 1000+ hours of coaching experience, she brings a unique skillset to her work with leaders and educators. When Jenn isn't leading her own team of educational developers, she is coaching, teaching, mentor coaching, or working with Dana to come up with creative ways to bring Coachlike Classrooms™ to even more colleges and universities around the world.
Dana Wetherell
Facilitator and Coach
Dana (she/her) is dedicated to helping individuals reignite the connection they have within themselves and with others by 1) strengthening their social emotional and leadership skills through development of coachlike practices, and 2) raising awareness of how they show up so they can leverage their strengths and passions to make positive change. Dana has unwavering passion for personal and professional development, alongside a genuine desire to contribute to happy, innovative, inclusive, and engaged learning spaces and workplaces.
